Ben's Apple's


  • 2 shots (50ml) Rose Gin by Tinkture 

  • 125ml fresh apple juice 

  • A few raspberries 

  • 4 slices of apple 

  • 1 cinnamon stick 

  • Lots of ice 


Fill a cocktail shaker with the raspberries (keep a couple aside for garnish), and plenty of ice. Shake vigorously to crush the raspberries and extract their flavor - then add the apple juice and Rose Gin, shake again to combine everything. 

Strain into a good sized, elegant piece of glassware, adding a few ice cubes. 

Garnish with raspberries, apple slices and a cinnamon stick. Easy, simple and utterly delicious! 

This creation also works beautifully as a comforting hot drink on a cold winters eve … maybe with a bit of honey and ginger – too good.
